These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Salt City Insulation website at https://saltcityinsulation.com and related online services (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are

Website use
You may use the Site to learn about our services, request estimates, schedule appointments, and communicate with us. You agree not to misuse the Site (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms the service, or submitting false information).
Estimates, quotes, and contracts
Online or verbal estimates are informational until a written quote or contract is accepted. Pricing, scope, and timelines may change based on site conditions, materials, and program rules. Rebate or incentive amounts mentioned on the Site are not guaranteed — programs change and final eligibility is determined by the applicable program and any required audits.
Scheduling
Appointment times selected online are subject to confirmation and availability. We may need to reschedule due to weather, crew capacity, or other operational reasons. You can manage or cancel eligible online bookings using the link we send you, subject to any stated cutoff windows, or by calling us.
Internal business software
Our CRM and related tools (including integrations such as QuickBooks Online) are for authorized Salt City Insulation employees and contractors only. They are not offered as a multi-tenant software product to the general public or to other QuickBooks customers. Employee access is subject to company policies in addition to these Terms.
Third-party services
The Site may rely on third-party services (hosting, email, SMS, maps, payments, accounting). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software are owned by Salt City Insulation or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt City Insulation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. This does not limit liability for completed contracted work under a separate signed agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salt City Insulation from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the Site shall be in courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
